It is with great pleasure that I can announce IPMS/USA has chosen Three Rivers IPMS as the IPMS/USA Region 4 Chapter Of The Year, 2007! This honor is based on numerous criteria, including community-oriented activities that promote the hobby of Scale Modeling, support of U.S. Military Hobby Clubs, and participation in IPMS/USA-related activities.
